The Cranbourne Food Truck
Serving our Community
The Cranbourne Food Truck provides free food and fellowship to the needy and disadvantaged of the Cranbourne area and our aim is to make our clients feel socially included in a community which is caring and supportive of their needs.
Commencing in January 2012 our cheerful and caring volunteers provide hot meals, fruit, vegetables and non-perishable food parcels three nights per week.
The Cranbourne Food Truck is owned and run by the Cranbourne Uniting Church, and we are supported by local service clubs, churches, schools and businesses.
How to Volunteer
Volunteers must be 18 years or older and are rostered on the truck one night or two nights per month depending on your availability. A Working with Children’s Check and a Food Handling Certificate are necessary for all our volunteers.
Our drivers need a light rigid truck licence
